Shake It Off! - TAKE A STEP FORWARD
The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally he decided the animal was old and the well needed to be covered up anyway, it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly.
Then, to everyone's amazement, he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well and was astonished at what he saw.
With every shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.
As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up.
Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and trotted off!
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up!

What is confidence and dedication?
Brad Hogg took Sachin's wicket.
At the end of the match Hogg gave that Ball to Sachin for his autograph.
Sachin put his sign with one beautiful sentence,
"IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN." –
Till today Hogg could not take his wicket for the second time.
THAT'S CONFIDENCE & DEDICATION..!
HATS OFF TO OUR LITTLE MASTER SACHIN.
After this incident Brad Hogg and Sachin Tendulkar came face to face 21 times...but he could never get the Master Blaster out :-)
Howzaaat!

Promise to Yourself - 10 Commandments
1. To be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind.
2. To talk health, happiness and prosperity to every person you meet.
3. To make all your friends feel that there is something in them.
4. To look at the sunny side of everything and make your optimism come true.
5. To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best. (Well, it is more realistic also to prepare for the worst!)
6. To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own.
7. To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
8. To wear a cheerful countenance at all times and give every living creature you meet a smile.
9. To give so much time to the improvement of yourself that you have no time to criticize others.
10.To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
Destiny v/s Effort or Will to Win
He was confident they would win, but his men were filled with doubt.
On the way to the battle, they stopped at a religious shrine. After praying with the men, the general took out a coin and said, I shall now toss this coin.
If it is heads, we shall win. If it is tails we shall lose.
Destiny will now reveal itself.
He threw the coin into the air and all watched intently as it landed.
It was heads.
The soldiers were so overjoyed and filled with confidence that they vigorously attacked the enemy and were victorious.
After the battle a lieutenant remarked to the general, No one can change destiny.
Quite right, the general replied as he showed the lieutenant the coin, which had heads on both sides.

What It Takes to be Number 1
becoming number 1 is easy at the same time difficult ... as it requires small small things done regulary with patience and commitment ...
Here i share a speech of Vince Lombardi ... great american football coach...
"Winning is not a sometime thing; it's an all the time thing. You don't win once in a while; you don't do things right once in a while; you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, so is losing.
"There is no room for second place.
There is only one place in my game, and that's first place.
I have finished second twice in my time at Green Bay, and I don't ever want to finish second again. There is a second place bowl game, but it is a game for losers played by losers. It is and always has been an American zeal to be first in anything we do, and to win, and to win, and to win.
"Every time a football player goes to play his trade he's got to play from the ground up — from the soles of his feet right up to his head. Every inch of him has to play. Some guys play with their heads. T
hat's O.K. You've got to be smart to be number one in any business. But more importantly, you've got to play with your heart, with every fiber of your body.
If you're lucky enough to find a guy with a lot of head and a lot of heart, he's never going to come off the field second.
"Running a football team is no different than running any other kind of organization — an army, a political party or a business.
The principles are the same. The object is to win — to beat the other guy.
Maybe that sounds hard or cruel. I don't think it is.
"It is a reality of life that men are competitive and the most competitive games draw the most competitive men. That's why they are there — to compete. To know the rules and objectives when they get in the game.
The object is to win fairly, squarely, by the rules — but to win.
"And in truth, I've never known a man worth his salt who in the long run, deep down in his heart, didn't appreciate the grind, the discipline. There is something in good men that really yearns for discipline and the harsh reality of head to head combat.
"I don't say these things because I believe in the "brute" nature of man or that men must be brutalized to be combative.
I believe in God, and I believe in human decency.
But ....
I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle — victorious."
