Sarfaroshi ki tamana ab hamare dil main hai..

Sarfaroshi ki tamana ab hamare dil main hai..
Dekhna hai zor kitna bazu-e-qatil main hai..

Karta nahi kyon dusara kuch bat-chit..
dekhata hun main jise.. vo chup teri mahfil main hai..

Ai shahid-e-mulk-o-millat main tere upar nisar..
Ab teri himat ka charcha.. gair ki mahfil main hai..

Waqt ane de bata denge tujhe ai asman..
Ham abhi se kya batayen.. kya hamare dil main hai..

Khinch kar lai hain sabko qatl hone ki ummid..
Ashiqon ka aj jamghat kucha-e-qatil main hai..

Sarfaroshi ki tamana ab hamare dil main hai..
Dekhna hai zor kitna bazu-e-qatil main hai..

Hai liye hathiyar dushma taak main baitha udhar..
Aur hum tayiyaar hain.. seena liye apna idher..

Hum to gharse nikle hi the.. bhand kar sar pe kafan..
Jaan hatheli pe liye.. lo badh chalen hain yeh kadam..

Zindagi to apni mehmaan.. maut ki mehfil main hai..
Sarfaroshi ki tamana ab hamare dil main hai..

Dil main toofano ki doli.. aur naso mein inklaab..
Hosh dushman ke uda denge.. humen roko na aaj..

Dur reh paaye jo humse..
DUM kahan manjil main hain..

Sarfaroshi ki tamana ab hamare dil main hai..
Dekhna hai zor kitna bazu-e-qatil main hai..

"In sport, mental imagery is used primarily to help you get the best out of yourself in training and competition. The developing athletes who make the fastest progress and those who ultimately become their best make extensive use of mental imagery. -Terry Orlick

"At the end of each day, you should play back the tapes of your performance. The results should either applaud you or prod you."

"Sports is the very fiber of all we stand for. It keeps our spirits alive."
-Franklin Delano Roosevelt

"So you wish to conquer in the Olympic games, my friend? And I too, by the Gods, and a fine thing it would be! But first mark the conditions and the consequences, and then set to work. You will have to put yourself under discipline; to eat by rule, to avoid cakes and sweetmeats; to take exercise at the appointed hour whether you like it or no, in cold and heat; to abstain from cold drinks and from wine at your will; in a word, to give yourself over to the trainer as to a physician. Then in the conflict itself you are likely enough to dislocate your wrist or twist your ankle, to swallow a great deal of dust, or to be severely thrashed, and, after all these things, to be defeated."
-Epictetus, Greek Stoic Philosopher

"The attitude is very important. Because, your behavior radiates how you feel ... To be a champion you must act like one, act like a champion."
-Lou Ferrigno

"Thus so wretched is man that he would weary even without any cause for weariness... and so frivolous is he that, though full of a thousand reasons for weariness, the least thing, such as playing billiards or hitting a ball, is sufficient enough to amuse him."
-Blaise Pascal

"The starting point of all achievement is desire. Keep this constantly in mind. Weak desire brings weak results, just as a small amount of fire makes a small amount of heat." -Napoleon Hill
"In sports, mental imagery is used primarily to help you get the best out of yourself in training and competition. The developing athletes who make the fastest progress and those who ultimately become their best make extensive use of mental imagery. They use it daily as a means of directing what will happen in training, and as a way of pre-experiencing their best competition performances."

Life = Icense Stick

life is like an incense stick ...

time which has been already lived or gone is like that part of the incense stick which has got burnt and converted to ash ... cannot be used further and will be removed as a dust ... what is gone cannot be relived and can only be used as experience as good fragrance ... wether it is Good or Bad it can't fetch anything today...

the life ahead is that part of the incense which is yet to be burnt ... dark and looks long ..

like a future not sure about how it is going to unfold ...

today is the that part of the incense stick .. which is burning right now and spreading the fragrance ... we must focus and put our best effort to make the best use of it ...

right time and speed of wind make your fire blow and u will be at your best ...

www: why winner win

Winners win because they always finish whatever they start. Always. They start a project and then keep working until the task is completed.

They Start, They Work, They Finish.

When you reduce winning down to its lowest common denominator, getting to the finish line is the only thing that really counts.

It's virtually impossible for anyone to get anywhere if they consistently fail to finish those things they start. A half hearted effort or half baked idea doesn't count for much in the big scheme of things.

A job only halfway completed or task left undone rarely paves the way to the winners circle.

When a winner starts a project, he or she sees it through to completion.

Some Famous Lessons ... apt for everyone

Lesson No.1
A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day.
A small rabbit saw the crow, and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?"
The crow answered: " Sure, why not." So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested.
All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Lesson: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

Lesson No.2
A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy."
"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull.
"They're packed with nutrients." The turkey pecked at a lump of dung and found that it actually gave him enough strength to reach the first branch of the tree.
The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.
Finally after a fortnight, there he was proudly perched at the top of the tree.
Soon he was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.

Lesson: Bullshit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

Lesson No.3
When the body was first made, all the parts wanted to be Boss.
The brain said, "I should be Boss because I control the whole body's responses and functions.
" The feet said, " We should be Boss as we carry the brain about and get him to where he wants to go.
" The hands said, "We should be the Boss because we do all the work and earn all the money."
And so it went on and on with the heart, the lungs and the eyes until finally the asshole spoke up.
All the parts laughed at the idea of the asshole being the Boss.
So the asshole went on strike, blocked itself up and refused to work.
Within a short time the eyes became crossed, the hands clenched, the feet twitched, the heart and lungs began to panic and the brain fevered.Eventually they all decided that the asshole should be the Boss.

Lesson: You don't need brains to be a Boss - any asshole will do.

Lesson No.4
A little bird was flying south for the winter.
It was so cold, the bird froze and fell to the ground in a large field.
While it was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung,it began to realize how warm it was.
The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.
Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him!

Lesson:
1) Not everyone who drops shit on you is your enemy.
2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
3) And when you're in deep shit, keep your mouth shut!

Excellence is a drive from Inside not Outside

Hey my dear friend ... do u connect to this story ....

A gentleman was once visiting a temple under construction.
In the temple premises, he saw a sculptor making an idol of God.
Suddenly he saw, just a few meters away, another identical idol was lying.
Surprised he asked the sculptor, do you need two statutes of the same idol.

No said the sculptor.
We need only one, but the first one got damaged at the last stage.
The gentleman examined the statue.
No apparent damage was visible.
Where the damage is asked the gentleman.
There is a scratch on the nose of the idol.
Where are you going to keep the idol?
The sculptor replied that it will be installed on a pillar 20 feet high.
When the idol will be 20 feet away from the eyes of the beholder, who is going to know that there is scratch on the nose? The gentleman asked.
The sculptor looked at the gentleman, smiled and said, "The God knows it and I know it ".
The desire to excel should be exclusive of the fact whether someone appreciates it or not.

Excellence is a drive from Inside not Outside

Confidence+Trust+Hope

What is CONFIDENCE ?
1 Day all villagers decided to pray for rain.
On the day of prayer all people gathered & only one boy come with
umbrella. THATS CONFIDENCE.
What is TRUST ?
Trust should be like feeling of a 1 year old baby, when you throw him in
tha air, he laughs....
Because he know you will catch him...
what is HOPE:?

Every night we go to bed, have no assurance to get up alive in the next
morning But still we have many plans for coming day...

KEEP CONFIDENCE, TRUST IN SELF AND NEVER LOSE HOPE...
